Shaan Patel is the CRO of Slash, where he serves on the executive team and leads user acquisition, revenue expansion, and go-to-market strategy for one of the fastest-scaling fintech platforms in the U.S.
Shaan is also the Principal at Shaan Patel Consulting, where he provides growth advisory and strategic support to early-stage founders. His work focuses on go-to-market execution, positioning, customer acquisition, and company-defining decisions around hiring, pivoting, and scaling. He invests between $10K–$150K into pre-seed and seed-stage companies — backing exceptional founders above all else — and manages a private $10M fund.
Before Slash, Shaan founded a marketing company while studying at the University of Southern California. The business generated over $10M in revenue and was acquired in 2023.
Shaan studied Business at USC before leaving his MBA program early to build Slash full-time. He is deeply passionate about entrepreneurship and works closely with the next generation of founders navigating GTM strategy, company-building decisions, and growth inflection points.
He is based in San Francisco.
